Daniel Machado received the Best Poster Award at the  5th Annual Workshop on the Business-Government Interface: Systems and Synthetic Biology.

SilicoLife, a spin-off company integrating BioPSEg researchers, won the “Atreve-te 2010″ competition. This award distinguishes business ideas from students and graduates and it is sponsored by the Presidency of the Portuguese Republic. SilicoLife won the first prize, 30 000 euros, from CGD.
